Vice Presidency for Administration and Finance


The Vice Presidency for Administration and Finance designs and executes our financial strategy, and is responsible for managing operations, making sure that both remain in line with the strategic objectives of the City of Knowledge Foundation.

It ensures proper financial resource management, income diversification, spending efficiency, profitable use of assets, and capital investments, in order to ensure the Foundation’s long-term financial sustainability. It is responsible for preparing the institution’s annual budget and guarantees the availability of accurate financial and accounting information for use in the decision-making processes.

This division is responsible for the invoicing and collection services, as well as managing the accounting and procurements necessary for the Foundation’s efficient operation. It coordinates the relationships and contracts for all necessary public services, and is also responsible for administrative matters related to human resources.
