The mission of the Vice Presidency for Corporate Services is to strengthen the Foundation’s institutional capabilities and procedures in order to continuously improve customer satisfaction and the quality of the services provided by the City of Knowledge Foundation. This applies to facilities such as the Convention Center, the Training and Business Center, the Athenaeum, the Exhibition Hall, the Plaza, and the Dormitories.
Corporate Services is responsible for the administration of these facilities with a view to maximizing their use and value, as well as for the establishment of policies for the sale of services, after-sales support, and customer relations.
Overall, this division ensures the availability of a balanced range of complimentary services for the City of Knowledge’s community of users and visitors. It is also in charge of the establishment and monitoring of quality standards for any services provided by third parties.
